Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Drs. Tran and Graves manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions.

We practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our doctors can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Usually, surgery is performed on a second visit.

Bring A Buddy

Your support person must stay during the procedure, drive you home afterward, and be prepared to assist with your care.

Stay Hydrated

Hydration is crucial. Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours leading up to surgery, but remember to stop at least 2 hours before the scheduled procedure time.

Wardrobe Comfort

Wear loose, comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up. Avoid tight-fitting clothes for ease of monitoring and IV placement.

Dental Insurance

We will work with any insurance that gives you the freedom to choose your provider. We are in network with some insurance plans and out of network with others. Please contact us directly for a complimentary benefits analysis and we will show you how your dental insurance is expected to participate in your care.

Standard Payment

Cash or Check are always accepted at time of service. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Financing

We accept CareCredit and offer Compassionate Finance plans. Please apply in our office for these prior to your procedure.

Important Financial Policies

Payment Due: Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (325) 437-3100.

Insurance Processing: As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Most companies respond within 4-6 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

Monthly Statements: We will send you a monthly statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company.

Responsibility: Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
