Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Drs. Tran and Graves, as oral and maxillofacial surgeons, manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Drs. Tran and Graves practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our doctors can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
Rest assured, our dedicated staff, comprising certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, is well-versed in IV sedation administration and surgical assistance. Our administrative personnel are informed, CPR certified, and knowledgeable about health and insurance policies to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Our commitment to your care extends to our scheduling practices. Operating from Monday to Friday, we strive to minimize your waiting time while accommodating various oral surgery services. Emergency cases may arise, causing occasional delays, and your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to any actual procedures.
